All products are sold by Sthiraa Parampara, Kolar, Karnataka, India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price for that order.
The Climaapod™ Intelligent Wardrobe is made to order. Prices and specifications may vary based on customisation requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is accepted.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment is processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. WhatsApp orders confirmed by bank transfer are also accepted with prior arrangement.
Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and/or email within 2 hours of payment.
The Retro Slim is designed for self-installation with our guide. For the Intelligent Wardrobe, professional installation by our team is included in the price for Bangalore. Installation in other cities is subject to travel cost arrangement.
All Sthiraa Climaapod™ products come with a 2-year comprehensive hardware warranty from the date of installation. The Intelligent Wardrobe structure carries a 5-year warranty. Software updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Full warranty terms are provided with each product.
Sthiraa™, Climaapod™, and all associated logos and marks are trademarks of Sthiraa Parampara. All website content, product designs, and engineering specifications are the intellectual property of Sthiraa Parampara and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Our liability for any claim arising from purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to damage to the textile collection stored in the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
