Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment
Every Climaapod™ system is designed for long-term preservation and supported by our Bangalore team. If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it promptly.
1. Cancellation — Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund with no deductions. Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch receive a refund minus an administrative deduction.
For Intelligent Wardrobe orders (made to order): cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation receives a full refund. Cancellation after manufacturing has begun (typically after 1 week) — 30% of the order value is retained as manufacturing cost.
2. Installation & Made-to-Order Systems
Certain Climaapod™ systems are manufactured or configured specifically for the customer's wardrobe dimensions, installation location, or preservation requirements. Such systems may require consultation, compatibility review, production scheduling, or installation coordination before dispatch.
As these systems are custom-built and installed specifically for the client's space, cancellation and return eligibility may vary depending on the stage of manufacturing and installation.
3. Returns — Legacy™ Range
- Return requests may be accepted within 7 days for unused products in original condition.
- Product must be in original packaging and undamaged condition.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by Sthiraa Parampara.
- Full refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Products showing signs of misuse, water damage, or physical damage are not eligible for return.
4. Returns — Heirloom™ & Intelligent Wardrobe
As these systems are made to order and installed at your home, returns are not applicable once installation is complete. However:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect — full repair or replacement at no cost under warranty.
- If the product does not match the agreed specifications — we will rectify at no cost.
- If you are not satisfied with the installation — we will revisit and correct at no cost.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment.
- Share supporting photographs or videos with our support team.
- We will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
- Replacement is dispatched within 5 business days.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- UPI and net banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days
- Bank transfer: 3–5 business days
You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when the refund is initiated.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or water ingress not related to product defect
- Damage caused by use of incorrect power adapters
- Products returned after 7 days without prior arrangement
- Normal wear on external surfaces
